PursuitNexa accepts founding reservations but does not yet provide public product access. These terms describe early-access conditions and user responsibilities.
Product-development status
PursuitNexa is planned software in development. Features, workflows, pricing, and launch timing may change. Availability is not guaranteed on a particular date.
No procurement advice
PursuitNexa does not provide legal, financial, accounting, procurement, or other professional advice. Users should obtain qualified advice for their circumstances.
No award guarantee
PursuitNexa does not guarantee opportunity eligibility, bid success, contract awards, revenue, savings, or any other contracting outcome.
User verification responsibilities
Users remain responsible for reviewing original solicitation materials, attachments, amendments, deadlines, and authoritative sources before making decisions or submitting responses.
Government non-affiliation
PursuitNexa is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the U.S. government, or any government agency.
Founding-member program
The regular reservation reference price is $49.99. The founding-member reservation is $24.99 one-time, representing a 50% introductory reservation discount. It is not a monthly subscription payment.
First-100 rule
Founding eligibility is limited to the first 100 completed paid reservations confirmed through payment processing. Waitlist registration alone does not establish first-100 status.
Subscription discount
Eligible founding members are planned to receive 50% off the regular subscription price for the first 12 months of a future paid subscription. The regular subscription price has not been finalized.
Reservation credit
The $24.99 founding reservation is planned to apply as a credit toward the customer’s first paid subscription invoice.
Refund-policy reference
Founding reservations are subject to the published Refund Policy and checkout terms.
Acceptable use
Users may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Changes to terms
These draft terms may be updated before checkout or public product access becomes available. The last-updated date will reflect published revisions.
