Current development status

PursuitNexa is an early-access product in development. Waitlist submissions, contact messages, and founding-reservation records are stored. Founding checkout uses a payment provider, and Google Analytics may be used to measure site and funnel activity. Recurring subscriptions and automated email delivery are not active.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide through the waitlist, including your name, work email, company name, industry, business type, government-contracting experience, primary challenge, and founding-member interest.

We also store contact-form messages, consent records, and limited campaign attribution such as UTM campaign values, the landing path, and the referring page when available.

How information is used

Information is used for early-access communication, service and product updates, customer-validation research, understanding the needs of government-contracting teams, and responding to contact messages.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate site usage and funnel performance. Analytics may process page interactions, device and browser information, approximate location, and limited campaign attribution such as source, medium, and campaign.

We do not intentionally send form contents, names, email addresses, company names, contact messages, payment-card information, or raw payment and database identifiers to Analytics. The founding-reservation status page excludes its payment-session query value from page measurement. Google Signals, ads personalization, User-ID tracking, enhanced conversions, remarketing, and cross-domain tracking are not enabled by this site’s Analytics implementation.

Email choices

You may unsubscribe from early-access and product-update communications. Automated email delivery and a self-service unsubscribe endpoint are not active yet; until they are available, use the contact page to request removal from future communications.

Service providers

Form and reservation information is stored using a dedicated database service provider. Stripe processes founding-reservation payment information separately through hosted Checkout. Google provides site analytics. We also use managed security-verification and request-throttling providers to help identify and limit automated or abusive submissions.

These providers may process technical request, browser, device, and network information, such as an IP address, as needed to provide their services. Rate-limit identifiers are converted to a keyed hash before they are used in shared rate-limit storage. Additional providers may be introduced as the early-access service develops, and this policy will be updated when relevant.

Policy updates

This policy may be reviewed and updated as PursuitNexa develops. Material changes will be reflected by a revised last-updated date.
