Founding reservations are intended to remain refundable until early-access credentials are delivered, subject to final payment-provider implementation and published checkout terms.
Before credentials are delivered
Founding reservations are intended to remain refundable before the customer receives early-access credentials. Requests must be submitted through the contact page.
After credentials are delivered
After early-access credentials are delivered, refund eligibility may end. Any exceptions will be evaluated under the policy and checkout terms in effect when the reservation is completed.
Duplicate or unauthorized payments
Reported duplicate or unauthorized payments will be reviewed. Additional information may be required to confirm the transaction and requester.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment provider. Processing time will depend on that provider; no exact timeframe is promised.
Requesting a refund
Submit a request through the contact page with enough information to identify the reservation. Do not include payment-card information in the message.
